Online Payments

For regular utility payments only!

• Payments made online will be charged a card processing fee of 2.95% of the amount being paid with a minimum fee of $1.00
• For agent assisted telephone payments there will be a $2.50 fee per call
• GovPayNet accepts all major credit, debit or prepaid debit cards   
• Account number from the utility bill is required
• Payments made online after 11:00 p.m. on the 15th are considered late due to the processing time line.
