FREE prescription drug discount cards at no cost to taxpayers!
Dallas County is offering free prescription drug discount cards which may be used by all Dallas County residents, regardless of age, income level, or insurance situation.
All commonly prescribed prescription medications, including pet medications, are eligible for a discount.
The cards are accepted at nearly half of the county 's pharmacies as well as more than 59,000 pharmacies across the U.S., including chains such as Walgreens and Wal-Mart.
They are part of a program provided by the National Association of Counties (NACo).
