- Central Iowa Regional Housing Authority - Central Iowa Regional Housing Authority (CIRHA) is a Housing Authority that helps low-income families with rental assistance in Boone, Dallas, Jasper, Madison, Marion and Story counties. Families pay 30% of their gross adjusted income for the rent and the Housing Authority pays the difference directly to the landlord on the first of each month.
