City of Dallas Center is accepting applications for the following positions:
Seasonal Lifeguards:
American Red Cross Lifeguarding/First Aid and current CPR certifications ARE REQUIRED. Must be 15 years old. $15.00/hour. Applications due April 15, 2026.
***If you are interested in being a lifeguard, but do not have your certification please let us know and we will assist you.***
Seasonal Pool Admissions
Duties include front window coverage and phone duty at the pool. Basic math knowledge is a must. No certification required for this position. Must be at least 14 years old. $12.00/hour. Applications due April 15, 2026.
Seasonal Public Works Assistant
25 hours per week during the summer months to help with park maintenance and Public Works tasks. Successful candidate must be at least 16 years of age and have a valid driver's license. The starting wage is $15.00/hr.
