Memorial Park

Dallas Center parks are open from 7:00am until 11:00pm

Memorial Park is situated in the east part of Dallas  Center. (From downtown, take Sycamore Street east to 9th Street, and turn right to the park entrance and parking lot.) There is a new walking entrance accessible off the Walnut Street extension.  Click here for a map of our city parks.

Complemented by meticulously maintained trees and lawn, the park offers a half-mile paved walking trail, a nine-hole disc golf course (discs are available to borrow at the Roy R. Estle Memorial Library 1308 Walnut St.), slides, swings, climbing rocks, picnic shelters (with electricity) and grills, benches, drinking fountains, and restrooms. (a KYBO is available for winter season use)

The picnic shelters and other park facilities are available during open hours on a first-come, first-served basis; no reservations or fees.
