Ice Skating Rink
Heritage Park is in the center of town at 14th and Walnut Street across from the Roy R. Estle Memorial Library. ** In the winter, the ice rink is open from dawn till dusk. The ice is monitored daily and a sign next to the rink lets skaters know if it’s open or closed. The Ice Shed is open on scheduled dates dependent on weather and ice solidity. Free Skating & ice skates available for use at no charge. When the rink is not staffed, you are to skate at your own risk. The Raccoon River Valley Trail has heated restrooms that are open all year.
